Why is it that some changes are effortless and others are daunting? Change comes in many forms: loss of job, divorce, empty nest, illness. Change is often the catalyst for operating outside of our comfort zone. It is there that we often face the fears that have been suppressed.

As spiritual director I guide my clients in a process that provides clarity and direction. This work is not dependant on dogma or doctrine of any religion but rather a process to deepen awareness of their Divinity.
